Gift a custom luxury puzzle that will be treasured for years to come

 

You choose the number of pieces of the puzzle to gift, and your recipient receives personalized service as they design their custom puzzle.

Included with your recipient’s gifted custom puzzle experience:

  • Choice of an image from our extensive image library, or use their own image(s)
  • Specially designed pieces including names, dates and figures
  • Special borders and artistic cutting elements
  • Elms artisan provided photo touch ups and collage layout if using recipient’s artwork
  • A replacement piece certificate (for one piece, good for three years) in case a piece is lost or furry friend tries to “help” assemble the puzzle
  • 100% luxury guarantee – if the custom puzzle is found to be defective within 3 months of its delivery, when the puzzle is returned to Elms Puzzles (at our cost), your recipient can choose to have the puzzle remade or for you to receive a full refund
Gift certificates are delivered to you by email for forwarding to your recipient and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

If you prefer not to send your gift via email, we will be happy to mail a physical gift certificate to your recipient.  For a physical gift certificate, please send your request to [email protected].  We will contact you to finalize your mailing instructions.
