Image Rights Disclaimer

In regards to photographs, images, text, logos, and other materials that you send to Elms Puzzles (collectively, “Materials”), by purchasing a custom puzzle you grant to Elms Puzzles a right and license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and use the Materials to make for you the custom cut puzzle(s) you purchase. You warrant and represent that all Materials are owned or controlled by you and do not infringe upon or violate any law or any right of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, and publicity or privacy rights. You will indemnify and hold Elms Puzzles, and its successors and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of your breach of this paragraph.
