Rental Cancellation Policy
When you rent a puzzle, your rental continues and auto-renews after the initial rental period until the puzzle is returned. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these renewals. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please follow the return instructions that came with the puzzle and drop off the repackaged puzzle with the correct shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) before your current rental period expires. Rental puzzles are considered conditionally returned when the shipping carrier accepts the repackaged puzzle.Â
While rented, puzzles shall remain the property of Elms Puzzles. If a rental auto-renews 3 times beyond the initial rental duration period, Elms Puzzles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deem the puzzle purchased and your stored payment method will be charged for the full retail price of the puzzle.Â

Missing or Damaged Pieces
If a rental puzzle is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear or is missing pieces, Elms Puzzles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge your stored payment method the cost to repair the damage or replace the missing pieces. Elms Club members will not be charged for minor puzzle damage or for replacement of a pet-chewed, or vacuum damaged or lost puzzle piece.Â
Membership Cancellation Policy
Memberships auto-renew on an annual basis. You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, navigate to your account dashboard and click "manage membership." From there you will see an option to cancel your membership. When you cancel your membership, you will retain membership benefits until your current membership period expires.Â
