The Elms Club is an engaged community of puzzle collectors, renters, and their families who all enjoy the quality, craftsmanship, and unique experience of hand-cut puzzles. Our members club has been going strong for over 30 years because once you experience a hand-cut puzzle, it can be hard to go back to laser or cardboard alternatives.

  • Who is the Elms Club for?

    The Elms Club is for our most loyal and active customers who want to make the most out of being an Elms Customer. If you are someone who purchases puzzles amounting to more than 400 pieces per year, are a frequent renter, and/or enjoy early access and exclusive sales - the Elms Club is for you.

  • Is the Elms Club a puzzle rental subscription service?

    No, the Elms Club is not a rental program, but rather an insiders club with exclusive perks.

  • Do Elms Club members receive annual store credit?

    No, Elms Clubs members do not receive a yearly store credit. While this was once a perk of the club, we have decided to simplify this perk by decreasing the annual price of the membership keeping the value of your membership exactly the same. This change took effect on January 1, 2025. 

  • Can I buy a membership for someone as a gift?

    You can purchase a gift membership by emailing or calling us. We will confirm the details and process the transaction.

    Alternatively, you can purchase a gift certificate for store credit that your recipient can use to join the club. 

  • Do you offer membership outside of the United States?

    International customers can join the Elms Club to take advantage of the perks, but we are currently unable to either rent puzzles or provide free shipping to international customers. If a non-U.S. member mistakenly rents a puzzle, we will contact the member and cancel the rental transaction.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership at any time by logging and clicking on manage membership. You can also email or call us to cancel your membership. Any refunds for membership dues are made at our sole discretion.
