Sizes are approximate and based on a square image. Actual size will vary depending on image shape, edge style, whimsies, and other components. We aim to cut two pieces per square inch.

Special Pieces
We generally include 5 special pieces per 100 pieces in a puzzle. You can indicate the kinds of special pieces you’d like in your puzzle (e.g. dog, horse, sailboat, someone’s name) or we'd be happy to chat through what we can design for you.

Delivery Time
Because Custom Puzzles are made to order, production and delivery of your puzzle can take 4 to 6 weeks after its design details are determined. We thank you in advance for your patience with the unique process and timeline necessary to handcraft your one-of-a-kind wood puzzle.
